Sat, Sep 12th- the ENTIRE parking lot will not be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-5pm. Paul has the key to the Choir Room. Entry from the street will be used this day & the key returned to the FCCD office on or before Sep 19th.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows: Load in & Load out through the Nelson Ferry access door. Four Seasons members will assist their members with instruments, folding music stands, support materials, etc.Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).
Sat, October 24, 2026 4 Seasons will be in the Sanctuary. We have another group in the Social hall from 1:30-9:30pm. Please be aware that 4 Seasons will be sharing the parking lot spaces with this group. Please kindly share the building, hallways, parking lot, etc on this day.Sat, Nov 14th-the ENTIRE parking lot will NOT be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-6pm.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows:There will be 2 parking spots left open for loading/unloading in the upper parking area. Have someone from your group come in through the front door (you have the code & key to enter). Do NOT leave the door propped open or unattended during Load in & Load out. We will have 1-2 carts available for use to facilitate loading/unloading instruments, etc. Immediately move vehicles to any parking places across the street (not in the alley way-we need total access for Emergency Vehicles). Please understand-no one can stay longer than it takes for drop off. Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).

I’ve reserved the spaces requested per your reservation request:Sat, Nov 14th Holiday Makers Market Spaces reserved from 8am to 4 pmParking Lot (Upper & Lower) + Front Green Space (event: 10a-4pm). w/electricity (routed through the Chapel) to power the “bouncy house” on front green spaceA drop cord will be routed through the Chapel in a way that prevents entry through the Chapel. No entry through the front office door during the event. Makers will supply power for parking lots-with placement of artists/vendors that need power (food venders, etc) near Makers space for their electrical needs.
Makers will have restrooms available in Maker Space for this event. No restrooms in FCCD.Note: the building will not be open during the Holiday event. Security measures must be followed.
Note: Do not block the alleyway in any fashion. This is our emergency route and must be kept clear at all timesFees:Parking Lot $200 (Upper & Lower) flat rateCustodial fee is waived for this event, Makers will handle all clean upFront Green Space $100 flat rate includes limited electricityTotal $300

Important Notes:
Sat, Sep 12th- the ENTIRE parking lot will not be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-5pm. Paul has the key to the Choir Room. Entry from the street will be used this day & the key returned to the FCCD office on or before Sep 19th.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows: Load in & Load out through the Nelson Ferry access door. Four Seasons members will assist their members with instruments, folding music stands, support materials, etc.Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).
Sat, October 24, 2026 4 Seasons will be in the Sanctuary. We have another group in the Social hall from 1:30-9:30pm. Please be aware that 4 Seasons will be sharing the parking lot spaces with this group. Please kindly share the building, hallways, parking lot, etc on this day.Sat, Nov 14th-the ENTIRE parking lot will NOT be available.On this day we will need access to ALL spaces in our parking lot from 8am-6pm.The coordinated plan to facilitate drop off of instruments will happen in a safe manner and is as follows:There will be 2 parking spots left open for loading/unloading in the upper parking area. Have someone from your group come in through the front door (you have the code & key to enter). Do NOT leave the door propped open or unattended during Load in & Load out. We will have 1-2 carts available for use to facilitate loading/unloading instruments, etc. Immediately move vehicles to any parking places across the street (not in the alley way-we need total access for Emergency Vehicles). Please understand-no one can stay longer than it takes for drop off. Thank you for your patience. Parking for Four Seasons will be on the street (or parking across the street at the Post Office).
