I am adding this to the calendar, then, for 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on November 9th instead! Please make sure you are out of the pavilion and it is cleaned by 2:00 pm, because the next group reserved it starting right at 2:00 pm.

Let me know if you can't get it to work online, and I will let our accountant know.
We have never had any issues during a park event, but just in case, you're welcome to call the church phone, should any issues arise. The day before your event we will be out in the park posting laminated signs regarding the pavilion reservation. When the event is over, we ask that you please remove the signs and leave them in the mailbox by Chalice thrift store. Thanks again and we look forward to hosting you!
